  Used to love this location. Wanted to buy 7 Harvest cookies and the guy behind the counter said he wasn't making any more. Meanwhile I told him I would wait but in the past they always made it if there was one or two left. Bad customer service from a lazy employee

  They clearly don't know how to make a proper hot latte. I was served mostly hot milk, and when I complained, they charged me extra for an additional espresso shot. Even after that, the latte was still awful. To top it off, they were talking about me in Spanish right in front of me. Very disappointing experience.

  Jun 1, 2026 0 stars <br>It's not worth even a star. They have raised the price - triple is now $5,76. The worst part is the low quality. My espresso was like warm and tasted as a cheap instant coffee <br>Definitely my last visit.<br>*******************************************<br>May 4th, 2023 <br>Have downgraded to 2 stars (from 5).<br>The reason is that their espresso tastes now like a regular coffee and not even a strong one. Waste of money ($4,20 for a triple).   Excellent quality food and service! They have sandwiches that are freshly made in their kitchen on site. Also salads, hot foods (delicious Mac and Cheese box) and pastries. Their egg and arugula sandwich is a great alternative to a greasy egg offering from other nearby spots. Prices are high but you get excellent quality and very little wait time. I bought my London Pret standby - chicken, salad and relish I think. Sometimes bread sticks together when separating halves but v fresh and tasty! Some of the other locations here are inundated with online and kiosk orders. I waited at a cashiers spot at another place here for 5 min being ignored by staff. Not at Pret. Prompt service!
