dr HE's OR nurse stabbed me like a pin cushion and left the needle in my hand without it being in the vein before a procedure.. my hand swelled up before the doctor noticed the needle was not in the vein.. really hurt dishonest disrespectful nurse dr. arogant Dr. He never apologized to me

Dear Patient, Dr He did not know anything about what you mentioned as nobody in the center told her. OR nurse is hired by surgery center which is independent of our practice. We can not locate patient's last name with Nabe in our EMR. Would you please call our surgical coordinator to give us your name so Dr He will talk to administrator at the surgery center to figure out what happened. We apologize for what happened to you at the surgery center.

I can't thank Mee Sun enough for everything she has done for my mom. My mom's first language is Korean, and Mee Sun went above and beyond to make sure she understood every step of her medical care.<br><br>She patiently translated everything, thoroughly explained appointments and procedures, answered all of our questions, and made sure nothing was misunderstood. More importantly, she truly advocated for my mom and helped her navigate the healthcare system with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.<br><br>Having someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to make patients feel heard is invaluable, especially when there is a language barrier. Mee Sun made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and reassuring.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, empathy, and outstanding support. Wecare Medical is fortunate to have someone as caring and exceptional as Mee Sun on their team. Thank you for everything!

Dr he and all her staff are great!! It's hard to find a dr who really cares about a patient. Dr he has the compassion and really works with you to try to get you to feel better . I highly recommend her.

There is no better than Dr. He and her staff!! She truly cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and her bedside manner is second to none. I would highly recommend Dr He to any family/friends!! THE BEST!!!
