The worst car rental location in Bergen county ! Go to Englewood and ask for Chris ! The fort Lee location is run by bunch of unprofessional salesmen who look to lure you into something completely opposite to what you were looking for just to make a sale ! They have a complete disregard for your needs! I called spoke to two sales people got there 15-20 minutes earlier to find out they have both lied about a car that they don't even have on their lot and promised me the car is ready waiting for me !!! I have limited physical capabilities and I told them before I got there exactly the car I need ! Shame on fort Lee location !!

Angelo was incredible. He helped me get a safe large car for my family that honored the reservation. I was willing to accept the car without being vacuumed and he insisted on giving it to me properly really made for a nice experience. Thank you.

I've always had great service at this location but my most recent interaction with the front desk agent during pickup was truly above and beyond excellent. The vehicles have always been clean and best in class and returns very simple
