  Love this nail spot, the best around. I get my nails done by Ola & Tonia, and they're both very talented. Place is super cute, clean & always has the best in season colors.

  After spending almost 4 to 5 months watching their Instagram and trying to get an appointment, I finally got one and was so excited to start going here. I absolutely loved my specialist and the quality of service she provided.<br><br>About a week before my appointment, I was told that she had unexpectedly left. I understand that employees leave, but that is not the client's problem to solve. I responded immediately with my availability and explained that I work full-time and can only come after 5 PM on weekdays.<br><br>The only option I was offered was a weekday appointment at 3 PM, which was completely outside my availability. I then asked whether they had anything later, even months out in June or August, because I was willing to wait. I never received a response.<br><br>I understand that they are busy, but at the end of the day, this is a nail appointment, not a VIP audition where clients are expected to rearrange their entire lives for the privilege of being accommodated, especiall

Unfortunately, this affected appointments that were already scheduled, including yours. We contacted you and offered the availability we had at that time.   I had a wonderful experience at Monika Mazurkiewicz European Nail Art Studio! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The salon is spotless, beautifully clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere.<br><br>Emilia did an amazing job on my nail extensions. She was professional, meticulous, and paid close attention to every detail. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful--natural-looking, perfectly shaped, and exactly what I wanted.   I went here twice prior, had a gel manicure & pedicure with Ola. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome when I walked in both times but I accepted it because Olga did a great job and was a true professional. She gets 5 stars in my eyes. She is the reason I am even giving this location 2 vs 1 star. Olga is away, & I needed my nails done so I scheduled the only available appointment with Ewelina. I understand completely she's in training. I went in knowing she would take the full appointment time that was 1.5 hours and she's learning. Totally fine with it. I walk in, Alex was at the front desk & she was figuring out who my appt was with. No hello, welcome, smiles nothing from anyone. Okay fine I had this 2x before I guess that's how they operate. I said I believe her name is Ewelina but I don't want to say it wrong. Monika looked a bit perplexed & then said how I wasn't her client. Ewelina comes out, offers me a water and snack which was nice and then we get started. Now, at this time I see

  I had my first appointment this past Monday. I have never experienced a more relaxing manicure. The atmosphere is lovely and soothing, and Ola did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails (in fact, I can't stop admiring them!).<br>I've had hard gel for years and have been wanting to transition out of that. I had texted with the owner prior to my visit explaining this and made the appointment. When I arrived I again, explained my wishes and was treated so kindly by the staff.<br>It was a lengthy appointment- as opposed to the rushed 30 minutes usually spent in a traditional nail salon, but the time went quickly- probably due to the fact that Greys Anatomy was playing on the tv!<br>I highly, highly recommend making an appointment here.<br>You won't be disappointed!<br>I look forward to my next visit.
