Sad - showed no interest in helpjng a new golfer. Totally felt like an undesirable when we walked in. Not sure why, we were polite, dressed nicely and curious about the store and what it offered. But honestly felt unwanted

Very bad experience, we ask for reshaft and regrip. And what happens is the neck is delocalize and unshaven. And also the grip is crooked.
