Never go to this store--the guy at the front is terrible. They refused to accept my package simply because it contained a lithium battery. I could understand if I were asking for air shipping (which I wasn't), but outright rejecting a ground shipment over a lithium battery makes zero sense. His reasoning was that the driver wouldn't take it because it's "dangerous." How a factory-sealed product (which I was returning) poses a safety hazard in a ground transport vehicle is beyond me. When I tried to talk sense into him, he completely shut down and just kept repeating himself like a broken record. Utterly useless.
