    Hands down THE WORST building ever lived in. It's OLD, DIRTY, SMELLS BAD, is DEPRESSING and the neighbors are NASTY and INCONSIDERATE. A lower quality clientele. Don't let the external facade fool you. It has an OLD factory feel. There are COBWEBS in the elevator. Definitely nothing to write home about. Would be embarrassed to invite any guests over. The floors CREAK loudly, my upstairs neighbor STOMPS around and that's no overstatement. My ceiling CRACKS and RATTLES while what sounds like an elephant STAMPEDE and at 2-3 in the morning like clockwork. Don't expect to get a good night's sleep if that's important to you. I would definitely recommend other properties. Especially at the price point they're asking. Trust me you won't be a happy camper. Just saving anyone the trouble. I knew the first week I moved in I needed to start looking for another spot.
