I had an excellent experience with Sam and Omar while replacing the sliding door glass on my 2018 Honda Odyssey Touring.<br><br>From the beginning, they were professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond trying to locate the correct glass for my vehicle. In the end, I purchased the original glass directly from Honda, and Sam and Omar handled the installation.<br><br>This was not a simple job. The sliding door on the Odyssey has sensors and several components that need to be carefully removed and reinstalled, and they did an outstanding job. Everything was handled with great care and attention to detail.<br><br>They also respected my time. They received the vehicle exactly when we agreed, and I was able to pick it up as soon as the work was completed.<br><br>What impressed me the most was their customer service. I canceled my appointment at Safelite after hearing about Superior from a friend. I called this morning to ask for a quote, they had the windshield in stock, and completed it within an hour. Friendly, professional service and ONE THIRD the cost that Safelite had quoted. Will tell anyone who needs auto glass repair to come here.

If you need a new windshield, don't bother going to Safelite. Sam will give you a great price and quick service. They put in my new windshield in less than an hour.
