I am a Pasta snob. I rarely order Pasta even Italian restaurants. They just cannot make the sauce or Pasta well. However I have been to the SiniBistro, and the meeting rooms, and Ballrooms which they also service at the Englewood Marriott Courtyard. Every Pasta dish of all kinds and sauces, red and white, is always wonderfully cooked and sauced. All other food at all events has never disappointed either. Every course is prepared and served perfectly.

They took forever on the food, only to give me a frozen toaster waffle, then they started to deny it while i know i have had the exact identical waffles from the supermarket. Also wasn't great service.

Sini Bistro catered the lunch for an event for which my husband and I were the guest speakers, held in one of the conference rooms at the Crowne Plaza in Englewood. I have some food sensitivities, and the manager, Michael, was very kind and accommodating. The special meal (a last-minute request) was very good. My husband rates the food for the rest of the guests very good, as well. The conference room was clean and well equipped and the service was excellent.
