  Very upset the worker wasn't friendly the setup too small and water dirty that my fish came with had him for almost 4 days I had to buy a 20 gallon tank with items needed now fish is on side hardly breathing

  My fiance and I went to Wish a Fish for the first time and we bought a setup which included the mini tank 3 decorations and gravel as well as what we thought was a perfectly healthy fish.. our drive was only 15 minutes away from the place. When we got back the fish looked weak and not swimming my fiance did all the work to get him 100 percent.. If you want a perfect fish with the best setup please go to Petco and not these whole in the wall stores.

  We came yesterday to get my niece a fish for her birthday and the fish died today! This is not a pleasant experience and now my niece is crying her eyes out. I'm very disappointed with my experience at Wish A Fish. We purchased two fish, The other fish is still alive but is currently floating upside down, which is obviously very concerning.<br>What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there is no phone number available to contact the location directly for help or guidance when something like this happens. When purchasing live animals, customers should have a clear and reliable way to reach someone who can provide assistance when there is a problem.<br>I understand that things can happen with fish, but this location needs to offer better customer service, communication, and solutions for situations like this. Customers should not be left trying to figure out what to do when an animal they just purchased becomes sick or dies.<br>I hope Wish A Fish takes this feedback serious

  My six year old daughter was so excited to get a fish. Fish didn't event last 24 hours. Should have read the reviews first.

  Lady that worked there seems like she doesnt like her job. Got so excited for this for nothing! Definitely not the most fun experience. Shouldve just bought a fish at petco! She should take classes from the workers at build a bear. Concept is good but they need to hire better workers! One that is enthusiastic!
