This CVS at 540 Cedar Lane is horrible and the new phone system they have installed is terrible. They changed the prompt process that makes it harder to renew a Rx. In the past you could just put a Rx number and it would give you a quick response for it's status. Now you have verbally give the meds name, etc and you used to be able to speak to the pharmacist directly when necessary. Now it takes a voice message and they never call you back. I'm going go the Walgreens to get my future meds.
