  Excellent bath & body works The employees are super helpful and friendly that was the first plus I noticed right away .The second was the store was beautiful and organized . They have a lot of products here, all high-end beauty creams candles sprays they even had a car freshener that I was looking at. I bought two candles. They were a little pricey, but I'm sure that they quality candles. I was looking at the collection called "fruit fusion" One of the workers told me that the banana was the favorite of a lot of people they ran out of it, and I used the cream and it was so sweet, but not too sweet. I was really impressed that the smell was very appealing however, I like the tangerine Twirl scent . It was my favorite. I wanted to buy it, but they ran out of the shower body wash . They have a special buy two get one free or buy three and get two free. I'm gonna look online to see if I can get it today. Marisol was very helpful, helpful and friendly and there was another girl.   This is the worst location you will ever visit<br>They fighting the customer for bag even if you pay a few hundred they fighting you for two or three bag you need

  This is my favorite location for B&BW. No lines ever, and whatever I need is in stock. If not, it's a quick in store pick-up from whatever I order online. My boyfriend loves when I stock up on Champage Toast or Mahogany Teakwood candles. Don't forget to stock up on them during semi-annual sale! Otherwise it's never really worth full price.

  Typically understaffed & long lines, staff is uninterested in assisting customers unless there's absolutely no one in the store and they have to. They rarely honor coupons or promotions even tho the app states "in-store" and during my most recent disappointing experience here, there was an entire wall of candles listed as 7.99 that I was charged 10.99 for. Is a $3 difference a big deal no but the principle is don't advertise one price and charge something different then talk condescendingly down to the customer like it's our error, Brenda! I will go back to my online orders where there's transparency & less attitude.
