  I recently visited Soakbody Studios in Fort Lee and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by their warm and professional team. The studio is beautifully designed, spotless, and has a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.<br><br>The practitioner took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained my treatment options, and never pressured me into buying a package. I really appreciated how patient and transparent they were--making sure I understood every step and moved at a pace that felt comfortable for me.<br><br>The treatment itself was smooth and effective. As my skin continues to adjust, I'm genuinely falling in love with the results.   They called me to reschedule my original appointment because the injector wouldn't be in the Fort Lee office that day - okay cool, I rescheduled. The morning of my appointment I get a text message saying if I rescheduled or canceled less than 2 days prior to my appointment I would incur a $100 cancellation fee... All that being said they called me 3 hours before my appointment to cancel stating that there weren't enough clients scheduled for the injector to come to the Fort Lee office that day. How is that my problem... and how did they not know this days before?? It's the audacity to threaten customers with a $100 fee for 2 days prior but think it's okay to cancel on a customer 3 hours prior to the appointment. Very unprofessional...I rearranged my schedule to accommodate their schedule. On top of that, when I originally scheduled they offered $100 discount if I paid in advance... so glad I didn't because I would probably fighting to get my money back. I do not recommend anyone to boo

  Soakbody exceeded all expectations! The ambiance was serene and luxurious, with every detail designed for relaxation. The staff provided outstanding customer service, making me feel welcomed and cared for from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and pampered--highly recommend!

  I loved my experience here!<br><br>The studio is beautiful and always so clean but more importantly, my injector Crystal was so knowledge and explained everything to me. She knew I was new to lip filler and really took her time to explain and educate on me everything. I genuinely love my results and I can't wait to go back! I def recommend
