  I called just three hours before my flight because I needed a last-minute color, coil-bound presentation printed--20 copies at 11x17. I explained that my company had sent this to me at the last minute and I needed to have everything completed before heading to the airport.<br>The FedEx team immediately jumped on it and had the entire job completed within an hour! Their willingness to help and sense of urgency made a stressful situation so much easier.<br>Before calling FedEx, I went to a competitor and specifically asked if they had any jobs ahead of mine. They said no, but even after I explained my situation, I was told they wouldn't get to it until the next day. The difference in customer service was night and day.<br>FedEx earned my business. When I need printing done moving forward--especially when I'm traveling for work--FedEx will be my first call. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  Used the self scan drop off chute, got a receipt, and after waiting three days there was no acceptance scan on the Fedex tracker. Store confirmed chute was cleared and told me to contact customer service which keeps redirecting me to ask the store location if they cleared the chute. This was exactly what I feared when using the self scan and this was an expensive item

  I spent about an hour or more printing here hundreds of documents after a total disaster at a nearby Staples. Printers are brand new, easy to use system, and cost is cheaper than competitors. Staff were always available to help me if I ran in to any issues - and super friendly. 10/10 experience

  Mariana should not be customer facing, or even employed at this point. Overnight package not delivered due to driver lacking a brain. Business open and operator inside. Tuck just marked undeliverable and left. Called corporate who said second attempt would be made. No attempt was made, rather a call from Mariana to confirm delivery details including phone number for delivery which now would have to be done the next day. Same thing happens one day later. Business owner waiting for package or phone call. Neither arrived. Mariana to her credit took time away from licking the windows to answer the phone, she was not helpful. Again confirmed all of the information which was previously confirmed the night before and advised that despite negligence of the driver that likely could not have a second delivery completed today.<br>Avoid this FedEx subcontractor at all cost.
