My contractor ordered 5 yards of concrete for a sidewalk which included 1/2 yard overage and the truck was short. This is my contractor's first time using them and also the first time in over 26 years coming up short on a job. The dispatcher was very arrogant. Offered no solutions other than to charge an additional $500 delivery fee to go from North Arlington to Montclair. My contractor offered to provide the dispatcher with the measurements so that he could verify the calculations he said "their scales are measured by the state".<br><br>The only positive is that the truck showed up on time. Will never use them again. Because of the delivery fees they are higher priced than the competition. I don't recommend them.
