Ordered Kim's Magic Pops through the website and they tasted great but were damaged (broken up) in the shipping process. Customer service was great, very responsive and worked quickly to get me a replacement and reassured me that they double checked and padded the package. 10/10 Would recommend.

I purchased Kimmy's magic pop salted caramel their rice cakes and I open up the package and there's a ladybug in it now New Jersey, New York, Connecticut all these areas do not have ladybugs this time of the year, especially with the freezing cold weather so I'm trying to contact the company it is today's date is January 10, 2025 now with that ladybug being in there that's contamination I'm hoping that I do not get sick and the other people that ate them do not get sick as well so if the company sees this, I'm hoping that they contact me I will try to call the number that I found on Google. I do want to let you guys know the lot number is 1267. It may need to be removed from the shelves. I'm in the state of Connecticut. I got them at big Y in Tolland, Connecticut. The expiration date is 313 2025.
