  The Staff Is Disrespectful and Unprofessional:<br><br>I called the other day simply to confirm the date of my appointment because I was not completely certain of the scheduled day. During my attempts to reach the office, I was repeatedly placed on hold. I initially thought I was dealing with an automated system or voicemail, which is why I called back several times.<br><br>When I finally managed to speak with someone, the woman who answered responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner, demanding to know why I had called so many times.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unacceptable. I was not calling to ask for a favour -- I am a paying customer contacting a business regarding an appointment. I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, just as any customer should be.<br><br>If there was an issue with the number of times I called, it could have been explained politely and professionally. Instead, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong simply

  I seen 2 Dr's for my daughter here and they both were very good. The staff is very professional and friendly including Marisol who was extremely helpful and professional.

  My family has been coming to Dr. Banschick's office since my children were born, and I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with their care. He came highly recommended by friends whose own children had been patients for years, and from the very beginning, I understood why.<br><br>When I told the doctors at the hospital that Dr. Banschick would be my children's pediatrician, he personally came to meet us. Since that day, he and his team have provided exceptional care through every stage of my children's lives.<br><br>What truly sets Dr. Banschick apart is how deeply invested he is in his patients. When my son was hospitalized, Dr. Banschick personally called me to check in, discuss his condition, and share what he had learned after looking further into his case. Knowing our pediatrician was actively involved--even outside of regular office visits--gave our family tremendous peace of mind during a very difficult time.<br><br>He's also an outstanding leader.   Dr. Harry is an excellent professional who provides outstanding care.<br>Unfortunately, the front desk staff could improve their customer service. They often come across as rude and indifferent, even when approached politely. A more welcoming and helpful attitude would greatly improve the overall patient experience.
