  I used to come here regularly for about two years and never had an issue, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion.<br><br>I have always respected my appointment times and made an effort to arrive on time. The ONE appointment I missed was because my mother was dying in the hospital, and afterward I was told I was "banned" from booking again with the technician I preferred--who also happens to be one of the best technicians there.<br><br>So if clients are going to be held that strictly accountable for appointment times, I expect the same respect in return.<br><br>I rushed to make it to my appointment on time, only to sit there with absolutely no communication while the technician was running about 30 minutes behind. Nobody approached me to apologize or even let me know there was a delay. After sitting there for 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I finally had to get up and ask what was going on myself.<br><br>A simple phone call or text saying,

  The best nail salon. Everyone is so well trained and talented. They have the best selection of colors and great designs. The best gel manicure I have ever had. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming!

  They offer a variety of deals and packages. I made an appointment for my wife, and since it was her first visit, she said it was the best place she has ever been.

  I have been coming to this salon for about 9 months now and I cannot say enough good things about this place! If you live in the Bergen County area, I highly recommend it. The salon is run so well and it's very clean; all the staff are so polite, professional, flexible, and highly skilled. The quality of their work is impeccable, especially for the price point, it's rare to find such high-end results that are also a great value.<br><br>My experience has been so great, but I do need to give a shout-out to my nail tech, Sunny! I usually come in for a fill-in, and she is truly gifted at her job. She takes her time and is always able to execute my vision for my nails to perfection, I'm always so happy with the results. She recently went above and beyond by staying 30 minutes past closing to finish my pedicure. Even though it was late, she didn't rush at all and made my toes look so pretty!   So I called one morning to ask if they had availability for a manicure filling for the same day and the guy on the phone told me sure what time would you like to come we have a lot of availability. I made the appointment for 12 pm. I arrived at 12:14 and the manicurist was available but told me I had to come back at 2 pm because i was late and she had an appointment at 1 pm. Mind you it was after the snowstorm streets were full of snow. Every salon gives a 15 minute grace period or the guy should have told me to not be late. This was very upsetting i had to end up looking for another salon.

  Hi <br>Im sorry we just didnt want to give you a rush service since you arrived late 15 mins . which only leave the nail tech 45 mins for a fill in appointment . <br>We also did call you and you didnt pick up
