Techline was an absolute pleasure to work with. Had an issue with my BRAND NEW Speed queen washer, opened a warranty service visit, they came on NEW YEARS EVE to check it out...the guy was kind and figured it out quickly as a faulty pump - they ordered a new one and installed it as soon as it arrived! Very quick service, very responsive when I called to check in (shipping on the part took a bit due to holidays). USE THESE GUYS, you won't be sorry.

Great service! They were the second company we called because the first could not fix our fridge. They were prompt and courteous even with the service call happening over the holidays, would 100% use them again

0 Stars - Poor Service and Unprofessional Experience<br>My dishwasher broke, and my home warranty company assigned this repair service. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and unacceptable.<br><br>After calling them, they scheduled an appointment two days later. The technician inspected the machine and said a part needed replacement.<br>It took a week for the part to arrive. The technician installed it, but within 30 minutes of leaving, the dishwasher stopped working again. This was on a Friday, and he told me to call the office on Monday for another appointment.<br>After waiting 3-4 more days, the technician came back and claimed the issue was tangled pipes. He assured me it was fixed, but the machine failed again within 40 minutes.<br>I called again, and they scheduled another visit for the following Wednesday. The technician never showed up. When I called, they said he couldn't come and rescheduled for eight days later! They also mentioned that after his next diagno
