  Transformative Harmonic Egg Experience<br>I had an incredible one-hour session at the Harmonic Egg with Indy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. For those unfamiliar, the Harmonic Egg is a unique sound and light therapy chamber that uses specific frequencies to promote healing and relaxation.<br>Indy has created a truly beautiful and peaceful setup in her facility. The space features calming colors, soft lighting, and thoughtful touches that immediately put you at ease. Everything is immaculately maintained and designed to create the perfect healing environment.<br>Indy herself is absolutely lovely - warm, caring, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible experience. She took time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire session.   I want to preface the following comments regarding my first remote Harmonic Egg session on Saturday. It was performed while I was driving home.<br><br>I use "energy work" in my practice as an integrative (holistic) veterinarian, so I am well familiar with it. This may sound odd or "out there" to some, but the reality is that we are as much energy as we are physicality. Energy transcends space and time as was known and endorsed by the likes of Albert Einstein. My comments regarding my remote session experience follow here...<br><br>The session was very interesting. I don't like hyperbole, but I had several very pleasant experiences / sensations on the way home.<br><br>I found the drive very relaxing and felt a deep sense of peace. I was very mindful of everything around me. I was aware of my senses being heightened - I felt that the music was very soothing and it "bathed me".   The Rutherford harmonic egg was my first egg experience and I'm so thankful for that because the owners really care about their clients' health and well being. I did a program of ten and felt noticeable benefits. I brought my husband to try it and he decided to do a program also! (He usually humor me in these things and never goes again.) We looked forward to the egg each week! I also bright my mother who loved it. I highly recommend trying it out at least once, but I know you'll want more!!

  Indy, is truly one of a kind. She spends time truly getting to know each and every client to get a foundational understanding of what's happening in their mind and body. I was skeptical about the Harmonic Egg but after episodes of nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, insomnia, and adrenal fatigue I was willing to try a different and holistic approach to healing. I instantly felt at peace and hopeful once meeting Indy. Her knowledge, genuine care and attention to detail create a safe space for healing. After 4 sessions in the egg I was able to stop taking sleep aids and sleep fully and restfully. It has been integral to healing my nervous system, creating new habits, and calming my mind. I now do virtual sessions as well which are more convenient and feel the same healing, calming, benefits. Give it a chance and the harmonic egg and real change your health and life for the better.

  Indy and Harmonic Egg were instrumental in the recovery of a little cat called Cindy who had sadly contracted Panleukopenia (Parvo virus) which has a very poor survival rate especially for Cindy as she was from the streets and had a compromised immune system to begin with. After each session I would see subtle changes ie she was mostly in a fetal position, this changed, so we continued the sessions remotely. Then she slowly started eating again, her eyes changed from dull to brighter and less sunken..The improvements continued, and after weeks of isolation when she started getting mischievous again we retested her ...she was NEGATIVE !! Absolutely overjoyed with the outcome. She continues to thrive, and I Thank Harmonic Egg & Indy for her recovery, she is now fully recovered and ready to find her forever home.

  This was my first time participating in a harmonic egg session and I was completely blown away. The space is so beautiful and very peaceful. Indy (the owner) was amazing with explaining everything and holding my hand through the entire process, to help me feel at ease. The whole vibe and energy of the session was very healing. My experience was so relaxing and calming. I highly recommend it!
