  Nuestra experiencia con este abogado fue muy decepcionante. La apelacion de mi hija fue rechazada porque, segun la notificacion que recibimos de inmigracion, fue presentada fuera del tiempo establecido. A pesar de que la decision indica que el abogado fue notificado, nunca nos llamo para explicarnos lo sucedido ni respondio nuestras llamadas o mensajes. La falta de comunicacion y de responsabilidad nos dejo en una situacion muy dificil. Espero que otras personas conozcan nuestra experiencia antes de confiar un caso tan importante.

  This man is irresponsible. My sister-in-law needed to file an appeal, so we turned to him to handle the case, but he filed the petition late. Furthermore, when Immigration sent him a letter notifying him that the filing was late, he never told us; instead, he wanted another $10,000 to continue the case, even though the error was his fault. We only found out later through a letter from Immigration notifying us of the mistake; the lawyer had known everything that was going on but never informed us of anything.

  My sister hired your services for an appeal in the month of March, I paid the full money, she did not ask for a payment plan, I provided them with all the documents and told them the deadline to appeal, they presented the appeal wrongly and wanted to try to resubmit it and the time limit had already passed, besides they are not professionals, their employees do not answer messages, nor calls, they are an absolutely irresponsible law firm<br><br>Mi hermana contrato sus servicios para una apelacion en el mes de marzo, pago el dinero completo, no pidio plan de pagos, les facilito todos los documentos y les dijo la fecha limite para apelar, presentaron mal la apelacion y quisieron tratar de volverla a presentar y ya el tiempo limite habia pasado, ademas no son profesionales, sus empleados no responden los mensajes, tampoco las llamadas, son una firma de abogados absolutamente irresponsables
