Not sure why this place has the ratings it does then I realized The staff leaves reviews and ratings .... My wife witnessed severe unprofessional behavior and we will not be returning! I asked For our cats medical records which took forever... I asked To speak with the manager and wow never in my life have I heard Such a nasty tone and this person is supposed to be running that place there's no doubt she will be running it into the ground without a doubt I will Be telling fellow pet owners not to go to this practice... the only people worthy of employment there are Dana who's been there for a few years and is so kind and patient and Dr Lang who is outstanding thank god there's so many other vets in the area animal General has lost another client maybe the manager should be employed in the back somewhere not dealing with people she's rude abrasive and speaks very aggressively to the staff and clients. THE REVIEW IS PERTAINING TO THE MANAGER AND YOU ARE ASKING ME TO CALL

Here's the gist:<br>- front desk staff that is neither welcoming or helpful<br>- long wait times<br>- vets: disappointing at best (dr lang), rude at worst (dr zelinsky)<br><br>Hundreds of $$$ spent without any diagnosis or conclusive treatment.<br><br>I think I'll take my business else where and if you care about your pet's health and comfort, you should too.
