This is one of the worst salons and their treatment of customers in Fort Lee. I was getting a haircut and some lady (maybe friend of hairdresser) walked in and was standing over me the whole time for my treatment. They were talking in a different language completely not caring that there's a customer sitting in the chair and getting a treatment. She was swinging her arms almost in my face, showing her diamond necklace, almost on top of me. At one point both walked off to the scheduling book for about five minutes about their business. No "excuse me" no "I'm sorry", they could care LESS. Then there was some guy (not customer) who was constantly on the cell phone talking about nonsense really loud. Many times even on speaker phone. Where is the relaxing environment for the customer? Couldn't even hear the music. I guess if you don't speak Korean or Japanese, they don't care about you as a customer. If I good give this zero stars I would. Zero customer service or respect.
