  As a commercial real estate developer in 7 of the 21 counties in NJ across 40+ municipalities , I've sat across the table from Boswell Inc. for years -- they represent several of the townships and municipalities on the opposite side of our projects. So this review comes from someone they've never worked for, only against. And that's exactly why it means something.<br>Boswell is tough but absolutely fair. Joe Pomante, and Antonio Gallotta and many of the professionals at Boswell bring a level of professionalism and integrity that is rare in this business. They hold our feet to the fire on every technical detail -- as they should -- but they treat us fairly, respectfully, and professionally every step of the way.   I have worked with Boswell Engineering and Paul Ferriero for more than 20 years, and I have always had a very positive experience. Paul is an extremely knowledgeable and professional engineer who takes the time to help guide applicants through the process and explain what is needed to move an application forward.<br><br>I have also worked with Rich Quamme for many years and have found him to be equally knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Both Paul Ferriero and Rich Quamme genuinely try to assist applicants and make the process as clear and seamless as possible.<br><br>After seeing a previous review, I felt it was important to share my own experience. I believe some of the frustration expressed in that review may have been avoided by listening to and following the guidance provided throughout the application process.   Watching my wife deal with Boswell Engineering was unbelievable. What should have been a simple gravel driveway permit turned into months of unnecessary frustration. Boswell determined her application was incomplete because it lacked licensed engineered plans, yet still billed 2.75 hours of engineering time against her escrow. When she questioned why an incomplete application proceeded into a billable technical review, she never received a direct answer. Instead, the Vice President of Boswell personally attacked her, stating she had a "very limited understanding," accusing her of "twisting" the ordinance, and saying her interpretation was "completely disconnected from reality." No resident should be treated that way for asking legitimate questions about charges against their escrow account. Based on what I witnessed, I would never recommend Boswell Engineering. If you have to deal with them, review every invoice carefully and question every charge.

  One of your drivers cut me off today and tailgated me in the rain...whomever that was in Sussex county today around 1:00pm on July 18th 2026. You are a terrible person you endangered people lives speeding and driving like a complete idiot!!

  Driving down the road and watched your employee in a company truck cut one car off and almost cause an accident and then he passed 5 vehicles while driving on the wrong side of the road and almost cause a head on collision on rte 539 east. If this is the care their employees take with their vehicle and others lives I would hate to see the type of business they do
