After visiting several Tesla dealerships, I must conclude that this location isn't very good. The representatives are dismissive, show little engagement in helping with a commitment that could span three to five years, and seem indifferent to customer needs. I ended up buying a Tesla from the Princeton location, where the representative, Fahad, demonstrated professionalism, patience, and provided valuable insights about the vehicle.

Mechanic Joe fixed our issue without even bringing it into a bay. In and out in 10 minutes. Didn't over charge us for our small issue.<br>Joe is my hero.

Tesla of Paramus offers very good service. You schedule your appointment through the app, and the process is really simple. You just arrive, leave your car, check in on the app, and that's it. There's a small waiting area, but honestly, for such a high-end car brand, it feels pretty basic--just coffee and a few snacks. Compared to other luxury dealerships, you might expect a bit more. That said, Alex's service was excellent. It took about 45 minutes, and you can track the progress of your service right in the app. Payment is also handled through the app. It was quick, and when your car is ready, they let you know exactly where to pick it up. Overall, I'd definitely recommend getting any service done directly at the Tesla dealership.
