  Once you see a doctor you are stuck with them. That is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of. So if you don't like the doctor you saw and want to see the one that saw you at the hospital nope they refuse you. What is he the president of the United States ? Asian male kid in the front is condescending and rude.

  If you have a choice avoid this neurology group, at all cost. This medical group is very indifferent toward patient care with no sense of urgency to assist patients or assist patients with their wellness. The office staff lacks any practicality and common sense. The office staff are uninterested in patient concerns and don't care to assist with any kind of patient needs. I would suggest anyone looking for a neurologist to avoid this office unless you want to be frustrated and be subjected to a inconsiderate and unthinking staff and MDs who lack any sense of urgency with handling of patient care needs and follow-up.

  Dr. Hiana is wonderful. He proactively prioritizes patient care and has an excellent bedside manner. We so appreciate his willingness to take the time to explain everything in detail. Thank you so much.

  Horrible. I have sleep issues. I came here before thanksgiving. Waited for. Asleep study at home. I did that before thanksgiving I waited until February's fourth to do. A titration. My doctor had my report so far for three weeks. Brought me in on Monday to tell me I a c pap Machine. She out that referral in that day mind you it takes weeks for insurance to agree to it. One I was brought in for unnecessary insurances billing. Mind you I told my doctor I pull off the road just to nap. And a lack of urgency. When I told them give me a number to make a formal complaint they refuse to take my calls And these are neurologist.

  I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience with this practice. While I found Dr. Rikki R. Racela to be excellent--attentive, knowledgeable, and professional--I am deeply dissatisfied with the administrative staff, specifically the referral department.<br><br>Dr. Racela recommended a specific treatment plan for my condition, yet the referral department failed to submit it to my insurance. When I followed up, the staff member in charge claimed the request had been denied. However, as a healthcare professional, I was knowledgeable about this process and contacted my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that no referral had been submitted and no denial was on file.<br><br>When I spoke with the referral manager, she provided an ICD code without a CPT code and instructed me to handle the inquiry myself. Throughout our interaction, she was defensive and attempted to downplay the situation.<br><br>Due to this lack of transparency and administrative negligence, I no
