I gave a one star review not because of my primary physician, Dr J. who is excellent but because i had an acute issue all day and when it didn't resolve I called the answering service at 3:10 am to speak with the on call doctor and despite calling back 6 times Dr Arslan never answered my call. Even the answering service could not reach her. It's now 5:30 am and I'm still in distress I have been a patient at Leonia Medical for more than 10 years and I am very very disappointed.

Today I came 15 min late .I was scheduled to see a doctor I never heard of but was turned away . I have been going for 25 yrs and this is unacceptable .There was no other patient in the waiting room either. I am going to report the Dr that turned me away to Dr javadadem there.vwho has been my doc all this time That's how one is treated. ? Great way to keep a patient isn't it?
