  Highly disappointed in management. I called to question when the July 4th promotion was ending. The front desk employee had no information about the sale. Two days later the sale is now over $100 more. The original sale being 10 class for $100 is now 10 classes for $250, grippy socks and a guest pass. I reached out to the owner Nani about the miscommunication on her end and she refused to honor the original sale. The front desk employees lack customer service skills and basic information about the business they work at. I did take a flex flow class from Rosie and she was great but not worth the hassle of interacting with terrible management.

  I had the chance to take Laura's very first Pilates class, and I honestly would've never guessed it was her first time teaching. From the music to the energy and the overall atmosphere, everything felt so intentional and welcoming.<br><br>What stood out most was how attentive she was. She walked around the room to make sure everyone's form was correct, offered encouragement throughout class, and consistently reminded us when to breathe in and out which is something I always look for in an instructor because it makes such a difference.<br><br>Laura may be a new instructor, but she definitely isn't a beginner. She made everyone feel supported and confident while still giving us an amazing workout. I can't wait to take another class with her!

  I attended a Pilates birthday at this studio this passed Saturday and it was amazing. The Mat Pilates session really challenged me and that's coming from someone who strength trains. This is the perfect studio to have a pilates birthday. So aesthetic, clean, and staff is really nice!!

  Went to my very first class today and I loved it. Mecker is great. She made me feel comfortable and motivated as I'm getting back to working out. I definitely recommend taking a class with her. You'll definitely want to go back!!!!
