    I am trying to get information of a fraudulent charge on my insurance. And the person on the phone was very rude and refuse to give me any information.

    Scam alert <br><br>During the pandemic this place did covid testing at my local church for free. That's what we all were lead to believe. A year later they are sending me letters with an outstanding balance and that I had all these tests done that I didn't need and now are asking me to pay a huge amount of cash. I don't understand how this place can take advantage of a situation wile everyone was laid off and dealing with so much.<br><br>Don't go to this place to pee in a cup they charge for that. Instead report them to your state.

    I got a PCR test done at the College Avenue Church location in New Brunswick on April 11th, and I needed the results within 24 hours because I was traveling and had recently been in contact with someone who tested positive. It is now April 23rd and I have yet to receive my results. Thankfully I got tested at another place just in case and got results quickly so I could continue with my travel plans, however I wanted to warn anyone looking for quick PCR results, do not get tested at this location or anywhere that uses this lab to process this results, its not worth it.

    Still being billed for a FREE covid town testing event in our Bergen County town from AUGUST 2020! $100 for a covid test!!! I will NEVER use this facility again!!!
