Rent car from here but this place was close, it's should work from 7am until 5pm but it's not

Don't judge a book by its cover! I could tell this location was a little older from the outside and the parking lot had over grown grass/weeds, but the staff couldn't have been friendlier. They upgraded me free of charge when the vehicle I had reserved was not available. I voiced my concern about paying additional parking in NYC for a larger vehicle, so as soon as a smaller vehicle was returned, they immediately called me to let me know. I also had a couple of questions during my rental that were answered completely. Extremely honest & friendly staff! Nice, clean vehicle!

horrible service. Were promised a compact suv and they tried to give us a sedan. Do not rent from here. You can tell from<br>the rundown exterior this is a shabby place to rent from.

Easy to rent. Friendly staff. Nice and clean car. Rental return is the issue. Not open on the weekend and hours listed are not correct. Waited in the parking lot for an hour for someone to show up just to hand over the keys.
