I've been training with Gene for over 8 years, and I look forward to continuing. After trying big gym memberships and one-on-one trainers, the Kaeos system is perfect: customizable personalized sessions, no contracts, and top-tier expertise.

My wife and I train at Kaeos and love it. Our trainer Gene is excellent and tailors each workout to our needs--and seems to remember what it was we did the last time we came in! If he can't be there, he'll set us up with another excellent trainer. The place is endlessly flexible, which is great for my crazy musician's schedule. There are plenty of regulars, and the vibe is friendly and communal.

Just worked out there, and even though I was an out-of-towner, and they knew that it was very unlikely that they'd get repeat business from me, they were still invested in making sure I got what I was looking for and were actively helpful in attending to my needs. I have been working out with Gene for the last four months and let me tell you With each workout, I am seeing the changes that I aspire to achieve. I like a gym where I'm not on equipment after equipment after equipment. Some of the exercise that I do in the gym, I can do at home with weights. It's definitely a challenge. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a personalize workout plan and want to feel good post workout. The environment is also amazing. They're constantly joking around in there.
