I called Clogged Sewer911 today because a clogged drain was causing water to leak into my basement. Lenny picked up right away and said he could be there soon, he showed up in under an hour, which honestly surprised me.<br>I showed him what was going on, he took a look and explained what he'd need to do, gave me a price that felt fair, and got started without any delay. He cleared the drain and we tested things out, toilet flushed fine, sink drained fine, and we checked the basement and the leak had stopped.<br>After he left, I realized I hadn't tested the shower before he drove off, so I ran it turned out it was still clogged. I texted him, he called back, and came back out the same day, with no complaints or attitude about it. He cleared it again and this time we tested everything, including the shower, and it was all working properly.<br>What really stuck with me was the responsiveness both times.
