  Iris Perez-Walls sold our son's condo in Weehawken during the month of October & early November. Despite several hurdles, she guided our condo to a successful settlement without excessive delay. She had to deal many problems but Her knowledge of the settlement process made the difference between a sale and no sale. We are grateful for her services
