  I came here for the first time to deposit a check on behalf of someone else. The procedure had previously been explained clearly to me by employees at another location.<br><br>During my first visit, the process went smoothly. I provided the information I had been given, the employee directed me on what needed to be written on the back of the check, and the deposit was completed within minutes.<br><br>Unfortunately, my next experience was very different. The employee assisting me stated that the check needed to be signed by the account owner, which contradicted both the instructions I had previously received and the procedure that had already been accepted during my earlier visit.<br><br>I complied, had the check signed, and returned the next day. The same employee then stated that the account number I provided was "too long." After consulting a coworker, they recognized part of the information as the routing number, but still could not process the transaction.<br><br>I left, confirmed

  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Paulina. She was extremely thorough and walked us through the whole process. Her being able to quickly accommodate mine and my wife's schedules helped the process out the most because we knew that would could always get our questions and concerns answered via phone call, text, and email. We highly recommend PSFCU to anyone looking for a coherent and rewarding experience in banking!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Karina at PSFCU from the Wallington branch. I must say, my experience was fantastic! From the beginning of the transaction to the end. The process itself was very smooth. She was very professional and pleasant to work with. Love this branch and its esthetics. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service and professionalism! It's clear customer service is their top priority!

  Exceptional service! I came in to refinance by car loan. The process was quick, efficient, and easy! I was helped by Karina who provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable and professional. Karina and PSFCU were very accommodating and were able to help refinance quickly and process all paperwork. As I travel for work a lot, the expedited process was great! Karina helped me through the entire process to ensure all paperwork was completed and even helped me sign in another location in Brooklyn, NY as it worked better with my scheduled travel.
