    Leonia is notorious for dragging the builders and home renovation companies thru the mud during the planning boards processes and lack of urgency making the good home builders suffer and lose money and extend the time it takes to build to a point where they don't want to work in this town.

    I needed to get a CCO inspection for my condo. So, I've contacted building department for scheduling. I've emailed Ms. Angela Copeland and she always replied back to me promptly. Due to the water heater's missing inspection, I had to contact building department staffs back and forth. Ms. Alyson Lazarus was very kind and professional to handle my requests. I really appreciate for your kindness and professionalism. Thank you again!

    As a contractor, all the time I'm in building departments in New Jersey, but the service in Leonia is great! Allison is a great professional, kind and really helpfull. Thanks Allison for you support always!
