  Don't sign with this company, they said 4 months service but always delay, and they said you not pick up phone call, asking them attached all information but they never reply. For two years they skipped two times filter change service and then said the filter was good for using 8 months , so it's not a problem! Now said credit you $30 for two years poor services! All representative training for blaming the customer only. The other company Coway is much better and water taste better then cuckoo. Because they said 4 months service terms so change to here, which is worse decide in my life.

  Don't sign rental with this brand. The customer service is terrible after sign up, it's said every 4 months change filter , but only first year does it, second and third year delayed to 7-8 months sometimes. The technician changed most every year, and they call you or text you one day before or same day for appointment. The customer service very rude if you complain something and they always try hung up on you . I will do a water test after 7-8 months without filter change, because when I asking them why delayed for filter changes , they even never said sorry and said there have few type of filter , even 7-8 months not change, the water still good to drink. Great! You signed 4 months filter change service and said what wrong with 7-8 services? If already signed , don't delete all the test messages or call log with this company, maybe one day you will need it.
