This hidden gem has changed all thanks to a guy named Luke. New face, new outlook . My partner and I come here from Tribeca and it's worth it. Everything and everyone goes through transitions and this place has truly came a long way. We met like who is one of the leaders that run this facility and he has been nothing but a pro and kind hearted where we extend our membership. He has taken the leadership by hiring the suited clean up crew to detailed information where all your questions are answered. It's a wonderful environment and it's all because of the lovely people who run it . Luke you're boy. Thank you

My husband and I signed up for this gym before leaving back to Naples, Florida for business. I only came once to sign up and never even used the gym after that. We called multiple times -- probably over 10 times -- trying to cancel the membership, but nobody wanted to help us over the phone. Instead, they continued charging us month after month for almost a year and refused to properly dispute or resolve the charges.<br><br>What makes this even worse is that I am currently dealing with serious health issues and cancer treatments, and the stress from this situation has been completely unnecessary. There was absolutely no compassion, professionalism, or basic human understanding from the staff or owner.<br><br>We live directly across from this gym in the Carlyle Towers and have been residents in this community for nearly 20 years. This is one of the most well-known and expensive residential buildings in North Jersey, and experiences like this are simply not tolerated in this area. People
