  One of the worst experiences I ever had remitting money oversees. I have used few other apps with no issues in past. Sharemoney is the worst. So much more verification, significant delays in the remittance, poor customer service at times and sometimes long wait times if you want to connect. Read the actual reviews in app store. They also deactivated my account and cancelled the transaction without giving my any reason. Now I can't access my account and dont know when will I get my refund for transaction which was in process. Again overall one of the worst experiences!

  Well where do I start, I sent money to Costa Rica and not even 5 minutes after the transaction took place someone called asking me what was the reason for the transaction. I was like "weird" but I answered money was sent to family to pay my rent back home. Well they called that a business transaction and it was canceled on the spot!!!!like what?! So now YOU HAVE TO TELL ME HOW I USE MY MONEY!!! Ridiculous and now I have to wait 5 days for a refund, I am fuming, Do not fall for it!!!!!!

In cases like this, transfers occasionally require a supervisor's review as part of standard security procedures.   After being flexy envios customer for couple years with no issue, flexienvios stop sending from US to dominican republic I try this site they discriminate me based on their system I don't qualify to send money with them. I was atracted by their low fare and promotional rate whoever they declined customer with no futher explanation.
