Long-time customer, but the recent service has been very disappointing. Multiple missed and delayed deliveries with no alternative arrangements have caused major inconvenience and schedule disruptions. I hope management addresses these reliability issues urgently.

Great job! 1 day service (picked up 6pm delivered 6pm next day).<br>Everything was done well at a reasonable price. Good communication with laundry and driver. Will use again.

Low price with low quality of service

This company was a go to of mine for over a year. They recently lost my favorite pair of jeans & told me they'll only reimburse me 50% and only toward my next order. I don't think that's fair at all. I just asked that they reimburse the full price of the jeans so I could buy a new pair - they refused. So I'm refusing to use their services. I think you should to if you don't want your items to go missing.

My wife and I stayed near Penn Station at a hotel coming from out of town. Our clothes were picked up and delivered on time and meticulously cleaned. The price was fair. We highly recommend NJLS.
