  Due to driving over high water my rear under panel fell down and was dragging on the ground. We requested a repair via the app and the response was prompt. They gave us an estimate directly as we decided not to go through my insurance. When we picked the car up, the rear panel was all done and fine, but let me tell you, it was as if I got a brand new Tesla Y! The exterior and interior were spotless! I almost thought I got brand new wheels! It was like getting a $100 detail job. After the heavy rain and driving through the high water, my car smelled like there was a rotting onion somewhere, but when we picked it up, there was not even a trace of that odor. Also, the final amount was the estimated cost, so no surprise charge. The communication was great via the app too. We would get our Mercedes washed and cleaned after a service at the Mercedes dealership, but Tesla Collision Center post-service complimentary cleaning job is on another level! I almost want to have a minor issue to servi

  A rock hit my windshield and I needed it replaced asap. Tesla got me in and out within 24 hours. Huge thank you to the team and especially Vicki who made everything workout.

  We had minor repairs to our car. I was told it would take a week or less. It took more than 13days to repair. No one called me or sent any information on the app. I called 3 times and never received a call back. I requested to speak with the manager and never received a callback. Very poor customer service. If you can take you car elsewhere I would!

  I drove almost 3hrs to let them make the repairs because of their reviews. And they did not let me down.<br>I was very impressed by everything especially the communication.<br>5 Stars for and will always be my Tesla repair center.<br>They kept me up to date every single step of the way and even messaged me /called me.<br>The car came back like new and they did a fantastic job.<br>I will say that from my experience, and I was only in there for a hour or so. they do a dam good job handling customers. Some people walk in there like this facility is at fault for the collision .<br>Front desk team thank you for the fast responses!<br>
