I have been to many Dunkin' locations over the years, and I can honestly say that Jessica is the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. What amazes me most is that she knows so many customers' orders by memory, even the complicated ones like mine! She makes every visit feel personal and welcoming.<br><br>Maria is greatly missed, and she left big shoes to fill, but Jessica has truly become the heart of this Dunkin'. Her dedication, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service keep customers coming back day after day. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of and greeted with a smile.<br><br>I honestly don't know what this Dunkin' would do without Jessica. She is a tremendous asset to the team and deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does every single day. Thank you, Jessica, for making every visit such a great experience!
