  I had the worst experience here. The salon had clearly overbooked appointments and was understaffed, which resulted in me receiving poor service. When I raised my concerns, I was told they didn't have enough staff, but that's no excuse for treating customers poorly.<br><br>After my service, I asked if it would be possible to have my hair rough-dried. Instead of simply explaining their policy, the staff member became visibly annoyed, pulling and pushing my hair around while drying it. At no point was I told beforehand that a separate appointment for a blow-dry was required. Had I known, I would have been more than happy to book and pay for it.<br><br>To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager, she defended the staff's behavior instead of acknowledging my concerns. She didn't apologize or show any remorse, which made the experience even more disappointing.<br><br>I only came here because my daughter has been a customer for years, but I will never be returning.   Shannon is an ARTIST. LITERALLY CHEF'S KISS!! Been getting my cuts with her for over 10 years. Her cuts are perfection from DAY ONE. As it grows out, it blossoms into something even more beautiful!! She will consult with you, help you select the best style and design for your preferred look and always make sure that you walk out feeling like the best version of yourself. I used to hate haircuts until I found Shannon - she takes away all of my anxiety. Thank you for years of amazing haircuts and uncontrollable laughs in the interim!

  I love this salon. Everyone is so friendly, and the atmosphere is busy and fun. Gil has been doing my hair for years and he is literally the only person allowed to touch my hair. He's the best, I could not recommend him more.

  This review is especially for Kim L., an incredibly talented and versatile hairdresser at Allure Salon. Kim has an exceptional eye for precision, depth, and geometry, creating stunning, sexy, and truly alluring haircuts--plus some of the best blowouts I've ever had.<br><br>I found Kim five years ago when my hair was at its worst: chin-length, very thin bangs, and overall thinning from years of wearing extensions. We decided to take a bold step and cut it all off to create something edgy. I was nervous, especially since I had been so used to long extensions, but Kim completely put me at ease. She gave me a short, edgy, and sexy haircut that instantly boosted my confidence and received nonstop compliments--especially from men.<br><br>Since then, I've returned every six months to a year, and with each visit my hair has continued to grow stronger and healthier. My hair has truly been restored throughout this process. Not once has Kim given me a haircut that didn't turn heads or bring in co
