  I had done a simple transfer from one county to the next .I been leaving so many emails and calls never a call back.people talk rude in the phone .and all I want is to know about my voucher.never again will I do transfer

  I usually don't write reviews, but today I went in the office highly upset and a woman by the name of Alba S. helped me tremendously. By far the best housing worker I've ever had! She deserves a RAISE!

  We have been trying to work with a program participant whose voucher is about to expire. It is extremely disappointing that an agency with expertise and extensive knowledge of its own program has failed, or even refused, to provide assistance. There are individuals out there who are desperately seeking a place to call home, and it's disheartening that this support was not offered.<br><br>*Updates - The Case Specialist eventually responded with one informative and useful email, though it did come with a defensive tone. It would have been appreciated if this effort had been made earlier. The communication style could benefit from further training for a more professional tone.
