  I totally enjoyed my 1st experience at Kim's nail salon..Kim the owner is very welcoming , and her staff is amazing, Maria did my pedicure and actually one of the best pedi I have had in a long time and I'm from NY ....Miriam did my manicure and what a professional job ..I'm very satisfied with the service ..Will be returning there when I'm in Jersey again ..Thank you Kim for being so very friendly and welcoming

  I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at Kim's Nail Salon. During my appointment, the technician made assumptions about my ethnicity and finances that I found extremely offensive. She assumed I was Indian, and when I corrected her and explained that I'm from NYC and of Caribbean descent, the interaction became even more uncomfortable.<br><br>What was especially upsetting was hearing her whisper to another employee about me and assume that I was using affordable housing assistance. That was an incredibly disrespectful and inappropriate assumption to make about a customer.<br><br>The entire experience left me feeling judged based on my appearance, background, and where I live. Unfortunately, it gave me the impression that Kim's Nail Salon caters to or is more comfortable with a certain type of clientele. As someone who is new to the area, I was hoping to find a welcoming local business, but I did not feel welcomed or respected here.<br><br>I believe every customer deser

  I decided to give Kim's nail salon a try since I saw such good reviews and I'm so glad I did. Kim is the best! She is so friendly and outgoing so I felt very welcomed, even though it was my first time. She's very knowledgeable about nails and will make sure they look really great.

  I went here for the first time and I was so impressed with the quality and care I got at this salon. Will definitely be coming back. Got a great manicure and pedicure.

  My wife, Caroline, has been going there for months th and told me.it is the best salin she's ever been to. Kim is awesome and very funny, make sure you stop by.
