One of my favorite parts is how much focus there is on breathing with the movements. It helps me slow down, stay connected to the workout, and really feel each exercise working. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and I always leave feeling accomplished. I usually have that "good sore" the next day that makes you feel like you truly got an effective workout in. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build strength while being mindful of movement and form!

Lawrence is an excellent Pilates instructor. His Inferno Pilates classes are challenging but enjoyable. Lawrence pays close attention to correct forms and always encourages you to do your best. I also appreciate the fun music he plays in each class. Since coming to Lawrence's class, I feel much stronger and healthier. Highly recommend!

LOVE Hot Pilates!!! Always enjoy the energy, music and encouragement that I receive from Lawerence. He pushes you to the next level. Every class is a bit different. I wish he offered more classes!!
