    Dr Irani and Dr Chait are great doctors but their staff is horrible. They are always messing up appointments and rude. The ultrasound tech is not Courteous of people's time and runs late then shows up and talks on her phone in her car. No consideration to patients waiting over 30 minutes for her. I would not go here. I am done with this place.

    Dr. Irani is wonderful. The staff in the office are absolutely the worst. Immediately once you call you'll be placed on hold and stay on hold for an unnecessarily long period of time. Almost every time I call I simply need a refill on my birth control and they make what should take about 5 mins or less and make it 10 minutes or longer. I never look forward to calling them. This happens at both the Hackensack location and the Rutherford one. If you're gonna put me on hold, maybe greet me first and explain why you're putting me on hold, it'll slightly prevent people from hating you. (:

    Worst doctor ever! Doesn't give value to patients time!
