I called this office and set up an appointment for extraction my tooth. Was so glad that they had an available spot in 2 days, for whole day. Other offices was really busy and couldn't get any appointments earlier. It made me kinda nervous because usually good Doctors are very busy but I was in a lot of pain and had no choice. I was so hoping that will be done with that pain soon in 2 days but when came to this office the lady on front said I need to take panoramic x-ray before the doctor can see me, which is not covered by my insurance. I agreed to pay $150 just to address my pain from old filled tooth. However after waiting an hour Dr. Arora came and said he can't do it because need a confirmation from my insurance. Really? I gave them all information including the insurance ahead via the phone and they never warned me about needing another appointment in the future. When was speaking with that doctor he kept interrupting me with his fast talking and ignoring me. So unprofessional wi

I recently had to have a tooth pulled. It was at the jaw. I was really scared since the last time I had a tooth pulled I was in my 20s. Dr. Arora was so calming and explained what he needed to do. I felt NOTHING. It was amazing. I almost wanted to have more pulled - just kidding. His staff is excellent. If you are scared to have a tooth pulled I high recommend Dr. Arora.<br>Margaret Burns

Dr Arora could care less about you being in pain after the second surgery for a broken jaw because he left a loose flap of skin that kept getting infected he gave tramadol then didn't ever respond to my messages. His office staff is so incompetent that the don't even know how to send a fax. This joke of an operation gets no stars but that wasn't an option. Horrible experience from start to finish extremely unprofessional!!!!

I have never felt more like a transaction than my visit with Dr. Arora. The entire visit I did not feel heard. Dr. Arora didn't even close the door when he was talking to me. I will go somewhere else that shows they care more about the patient than the copay.

Dr. Arora performed surgery on both of my kids (12 &16 yrs old) and he did a really good job. After surgery he was kind enough to explain everything he did in detail. Staff was also very friendly, and I have to give thanks to Jessica and especially Yadi, who helped so much with everything, dates, hospitals and a lot more.<br>We really recommend Dr. Arora.

Dr Arora was amazing and patient with me took his time to explain what was going to be done with the procedure and went to Hackensack meridian to perform the surgery, 3 weeks post op and feel like myself again
