I met Eileen, Director of Operations via my grandmother's Case Manager. She came highly recommended as someone who moves swiftly, efficiently and lovingly. Although due to extenuating circumstances I wasn't able to finish the process, I DID find that Eileen is someone who I can trust with my grandmother's care. Thank you!!!!!!

I was introduced to Eileen (Rivera) Velez the Director of Oceanwide Home Care to secure services for my father. She walked me through the process of applying for Medicaid, ensured that the paperwork was completed in the manner required by the State. She is incredibly patient and detail oriented, exactly the type of support that is needed when going through a very frustrating and emotional process. I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely use this agency for home care. When a director cares as much a she did, I expect that the services will be top shelf. Thank you Eileen.
