I recently hired Tadco Solutions for a structural inspection on a home I'm purchasing and I couldn't be more impressed. The owner Safwat personally came out to inspect the property and immediately spotted key structural concerns that i I have missed.<br><br>He was incredibly patient throughout the process taking the time to explain every finding in clear easy to understand terms and answering all of my many questions without rushing me. His professionalism attention to detail and willingness to educate me gave me complete confidence in making informed decisions about the purchase.<br><br>If you're looking for a knowledgeable and thorough inspector who genuinely cares about his clients I highly recommend Tadco Solutions and Safwat. They made what could have been a stressful step in the home buying process smooth and reassuring.

Tried to book an appointment to have my ceilings tested for asbestos and after being kept in the dark for over a week with multiple calls from my agent they said to just call another company. Wow ok then ill take my money elsewhere then

I had a structural inspection done by TADCO and was thoroughly impressed. Safwat and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. They went the extra mile by identifying potential issues I hadn't even noticed, and their detailed report was both thorough and easy to understand. Truly a pleasure to work with--I highly recommend them!
