Disappointed in optima as a whole. I scheduled an appointment back in August and arrived to my appointment to find out she was not in the office that whole week. After rescheduling for an appointment in October this upcoming week I received a call that she will only be available on Mondays. It's now been four months of me waiting to schedule an appointment. I will not be returning here ever again.

Horrible service and highly motivated by money. Had my mother come in for unnecessary appointments to bill back insurance and kept pushing ove priced prescriptions to my father. Both have left and found much better service where people actually care. Avoid this doctor.
